If I can't see a option that is perfect for me can you help?
Changing a head or a wig makes a huge difference to a dolls look but we can not show every variation possible, that's where you imagination comes into play. We have a range of TPE in stock here in New Zealand. We sell heads separately with choice of wig. So there is a good chance you can find what you are looking for in stock.

No, they take it in the mouth, vagina or up the bum any time you want without question.

What are your dolls made from?
Our Dolls are made from either non-porous Medical-grade Silicone or Premium-grade TPE (thermoplastic elastomer).
We do not sell dolls with TPE and silicone mixes... SLE, SPE, SLOP or my favourite "Silicon". These mixes are porous and basically expensive TPE or "Silly-cons"
Are your dolls cold?
They are not cold, but because they are not alive they are not warm like a real person.
Custom dolls have heating options.
Do I need to use lube with my doll?
Yes, but only use a water-based lube.
Why don't you have more dolls in stock in New Zealand?
We have 7 body types and 19 heads to choose from and about 10 different wigs so that's over a Thousand options.
We can not stock the custom dolls as these are made to order with Millions of options.
How do your dolls move, bend over and can they stand up?
The dolls have a metal skeleton much like a real person, limbs are jointed so that the doll can be manipulated into any position a real person can do. Dolls that are not specially made to stand should not as this will damage to the foot.
How do I clean my doll?
We recommend a good clean with anti-bacterial soap and water to freshen the doll up for for the next use.
For a full-body freshen up you can sponge your doll with warm water, not hot water, towel dry and apply a layer of talc powder to prevent any stickiness.
Can STD’s be transmitted through sex dolls?
Quite possibly... Bodily fluids should not be shared without caution.
We do not recommend sharing your doll or participating in gang bangs without condoms.
Are your dolls made in NZ?
We import our dolls from top suppliers. We work with a number of suppliers to find the best quality at an affordable price for you.
Because we take care of all the importing, you don't have to worry about additional import fees, GST, customs fees, etc.
Can I get a doll with piercings and Tattoos?
Irontech Doll offer piercing options. However, It's easy and painless to pierce your doll at home, we recommend a larger gauge piercing to prevent tearing.
Our dolls do not come with tattoos but DIY tattoos are possible using stick on tattoos or marker pen
Are there import taxes, customs clearance, etc to pay?
We have already taken care that for you, the price is you pay is final.
How will my doll arrive?
We use Mainstream couriers.
How can I pay for my order?
We take cash, debit card, credit card, afterpay, bank transfer

What's your return policy?
We have our return policy outlined in our Terms of Trade. However, the short answer is that we only sell virgin dolls for obvious hygiene reasons and we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
